Is the reflection a test or an assessment?
No. There are no scores, types or results. It is a set of questions to think and write about. Nothing on this site measures you or tells you what you should do.
Where are my answers kept?
Only in this browser, on this device, using its local storage. They are never sent to us or anyone else. If you clear your browser data, use a private window or switch devices, they will not be there.
Can I use it on a shared or work computer?
Yes, but anyone who uses the same browser could see your answers. When you finish, print or save your summary, then use "Clear my answers".
How long does it take?
That is up to you. Each stage has three short questions. You can stop at any time and pick up where you left off on the same device.
Is this counselling or therapy?
No. It is a reflection exercise, not a clinical or psychological tool. If you are feeling exhausted, low or overwhelmed, please talk to your GP or contact Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or Lifeline on 13 11 14. In an emergency, call 000.
Can my employer see my reflection?
Not from this site: we never receive your answers. In a team workshop, what you write stays yours, and you choose what, if anything, to share.
Is the journal free?
Yes. Download and print it for your own use. If you would like to use it with a team or in an organisation, or would like printed copies, please ask us.
What does a workshop cost?
Fees depend on the format, group size and location, and are quoted and agreed in writing before anything is booked.
