Every workshop is shaped around your team. These are the usual starting points.

What people leave with

  • Each person leaves with a personal summary that belongs to them.
  • A team picture of strengths and what gives people energy, built only from what people choose to share.
  • One or two practical experiments the team agrees to try, with a date to look at how they went.
  • Language the team can keep using in one-to-ones and planning.

Ground rules

  • Taking part is voluntary, and nobody has to share what they write.
  • Personal reflections are not collected, scored or reported to the employer.
  • It is not a performance review, a psychological assessment or therapy.
  • Facilitators point people to support services when a conversation needs more than a workshop can offer.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enquire

Tell us about your team, what is prompting the request and the format you have in mind.

  2. 2

    Shape

We agree goals, format, group size, dates and fees in writing before anything is booked.

  3. 3

    Run

The session or program runs online or at your workplace.

  4. 4

    Follow up

A short check-in on the experiments the team chose, if you would like one.

Fees depend on the format, group size and location, and are quoted and agreed in writing before anything is booked. See the Workshop Terms.

Workshops sit alongside your safety duties, not instead of them

Under the model WHS laws, a business must manage the risk of psychosocial hazards at work, such as high job demands, low job control and poor support. A reflection workshop does not do that job. It can help people name what affects them, which may be useful input. Safe Work Australia: psychosocial hazards (opens another site)
