1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Career Calling Your Calling (yourcalling.careercalling.com.au), part of CAQA Groups and operated by Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238), handles personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
The reflection and its summary: nothing. Your answers are kept in your own browser's local storage and are never sent to us.
The journal download: nothing. Downloading the PDF does not ask for any details.
Enquiries about workshops, printed journals or anything else: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional organisation and team size, the format you are interested in, and your message.
Newsletter: your optional name and your email address.
3. How we use it
We use personal information only for the purpose it was given: to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a workshop or printed journals you ask about, or to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Tracking and cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies. See Cookies and local storage.
5. Storage and security
Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in our own database on a server in our hosting environment, reached over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to authorised staff. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs, including internet addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for our records, in line with our Data Retention Policy. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing us.
8. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handled personal information, contact us first and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (opens another site).
