Workshop Terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply when an organisation books a Your Calling workshop, session or journal program, or orders printed journals, from Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238), part of CAQA Groups.

2. Quotes and agreements

Fees, format, dates, group size, location and any printed materials are set out in a written quote. A booking is confirmed when both parties agree it in writing. Work outside the agreed scope needs a written variation.

3. Rescheduling and cancelling

Tell us as early as you can if a date needs to change. We will try to find a new date at no charge. If you cancel before anything has been delivered, fees paid are refunded, less any costs already incurred that we told you about in the quote. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Participants

Taking part is voluntary for each participant. What a participant writes or says in a reflection belongs to them. We do not collect, score or report individual reflections to the organisation. Organisations receive attendance and, if agreed, a summary of themes the group chose to share.

5. Not advice or treatment

Workshops and the journal support reflection and conversation. They are not psychological assessment, counselling, medical advice or a performance tool, and they do not replace an organisation's duty to manage work health and safety risks, including psychosocial hazards. Facilitators will point participants to support services where that is appropriate.

6. Printed journals

Printed copies are supplied as quoted. The journal content remains the property of Career Calling International Pty Ltd. Organisations may print the free PDF for their own staff only with our written agreement.
